Women in STEM are seriously lacking in the role model department. But once a year, thousands of female computer scientists come together to celebrate the Mother of Programming, Grace Hopper. Accenture wanted to inspire women at the 2018 conference, so we gave them a bit of Grace to take home.
The campaign resulted in a 52% increase in job applications and a 314% increase in Accenture mentions at the conference.
We turned Grace into an icon and created NFC-enabled stickers and enamel pins.
Whenever these women need a little inspiration, they can simply tap the sticker with their smartphone, and instantly receive some words of Grace.
